Returns

Our return policy is only valid for 10 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in the original packaging. We do not accept products that are consumed.

To start a return, please call us at 077 721 1615 or email admin@nimkorganichub.com. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email). Once you contact us, we will arrange the most convenient return option for you.

We do not offer exchanges for our products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
